Ingredients
- 200 ml of whole coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons fresh grated coconut
- 3 tablespoons honey, agave or other natural sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon high-quality vanilla extract
- 1 ripe mango, cut into medium cubes
- Fresh shredded coconut for decoration (optional)
Preparation Method
- In a glass or stainless steel container, combine the coconut milk, chia seeds, shredded coconut, natural sweetener and vanilla extract. Use silicone or wooden utensils to mix the mixture, ensuring that all the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Cover the container with food-safe plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, so that the chia seeds can fully hydrate and the mixture can reach the desired consistency.
- After the refrigeration period, distribute the chia pudding into individual cups or jars.
- Add the fresh mango cubes on top of the chia pudding and, if desired, finish the presentation with a layer of fresh shredded coconut for a crunchy and visually appealing touch.
