Preparation method:

  1. Preheat the oven: At 180°C. Grease and flour a round pan.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients: In another bowl, beat the eggs, coconut oil and mashed banana until smooth.
