Preparation method:
1. Preparing the dough:
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, grated parmesan cheese, egg, melted butter and salt. Mix well until a homogeneous dough forms.
- Line the bottom and sides of a quiche pan (preferably with a removable bottom) with this dough. Use your hands to distribute it evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 10 minutes or until the edges begin to brown slightly. Remove and set aside.

- Add the grated mozzarella cheese and the sautéed broccoli to the egg mixture. Stir well so that all the ingredients are incorporated.
3. Assembly and finishing:
- Pour the filling over the pre-baked dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 25-30 minutes or until the filling is firm and lightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
