500g fresh green beans


1 Sicilian lemon


2 cloves of minced garlic


2 tablespoons olive oil


1 tablespoon of fine herbs (oregano, basil and thyme)

Preparation method

    Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

    In a bowl, mix the olive oil, fine herbs, chopped garlic and the juice of half a lemon.

    Cut the ends off the pods and place them on a baking sheet.
