Ingredients I Use
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 green apple, cored and cut into pieces
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 2 cm), peeled
- 1 cup coconut water
- Ice to taste
The Way I Prepare It
- Prepare the Ingredients: Wash all ingredients thoroughly. Cut the pineapple, apple and cucumber into small pieces to make processing easier.
- Mix It All: Place the spinach, pineapple, apple, cucumber and ginger in the blender.
- Add Liquids: Add the lemon juice and coconut water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain (Optional): If you prefer a smoother juice, pass the mixture through a sieve or strainer.
- Serve Chilled: Add ice to taste and serve immediately to make the most of your nutrients.
