Fit Banana Cake: Sugar Free and Gluten Free
Ingredients:

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Optional: 1/2 cup raisins, chopped walnuts, or chopped dark chocolate

- 1 sliced banana
- Raisins
- Chopped nuts or chestnuts
Preparation method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a baking tin. cake average.
- In a blender, beat the bananas, oats, eggs, oil and water until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- In a bowl, mix the yeast and salt. Add to the blender mixture and mix gently with a whisk.
- Add the raisins, nuts or chopped chocolate (if desired) and mix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- To check if the cake is ready, do the toothpick test: insert a toothpick into the center of the cake. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready. If it comes out dirty with raw batter, bake for a few more minutes.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool a little before unmolding.
- Decorate with sliced banana, raisins, chopped walnuts or chestnuts (optional).
- Serve and enjoy!
Tips:
- Use very ripe bananas for a sweeter flavor and softer texture.
- If desired, add other ingredients to the dough, such as ground cinnamon, ground ginger, or cocoa powder.
- For a special touch, decorate the cake with light whipped cream, sugar-free chocolate syrup or fresh fruit.
- This cake can be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days.
