Homemade Crunchy Granola: A Symphony of Flavors for Your Everyday Life!

Ingredients

(For approximately 500g of granola)

  • 3 cups of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of quinoa flakes
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup of chopped cashew nuts
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup of raisins
  • 1/4 cup of grated coconut
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, quinoa, almonds, cashews, chia seeds, flax seeds, raisins and shredded coconut.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the honey and coconut oil over low heat, stirring constantly, until the honey is completely dissolved.
  4. Pour the honey and coconut oil mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is evenly moistened.
  5. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Spread the granola mixture evenly on the baking sheet, pressing down lightly with the back of a spoon or spatula.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until granola is golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before storing.
  9. Store granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
